Job Title: Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)
Location: Bethany Lutheran Home – Sioux Falls

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible based on department needs)
• Full-Time
• Rotating on-call responsibilities

Pay: $67,000 – $90,000 annually (based on licensure, experience, and leadership background)

At Bethany Home, we are caring people caring for people—and we’re looking for a strong clinical leader to join our team as a Nurse Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing staff
• Oversee staffing to ensure safe, quality resident care
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Bethany policies
• Participate in care planning, assessments, and resident service coordination
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• Support admissions, transitions, and changes in resident condition
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
