Assisted Living Charge Nurse

Job Title: Assisted Living Charge Nurse (LPN)
Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Full-Time (5 days/week)
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
Pay Range: $26 – $33 per hour (Wage based on experience and Bethany’s wage scale)
At Bethany Home, we are caring people, caring for people—and we’re looking for a dependable and compassionate LPN to serve as our Assisted Living Charge Nurse.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary nurse for Assisted Living, overseeing resident assessments, orders, treatments, and medications
- Support ALF nursing staff with clinical guidance and day-to-day coordination
- Participate in daily huddles to communicate resident updates and priorities
- Assist with admissions and discharges within Assisted Living
- Collaborate with leadership on audits, compliance, and staff education
- Help coordinate transportation for resident appointments
- Support care conferences and assist with resident/family concerns
- Provide support across departments as needed to ensure quality care and team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN license in South Dakota
- Previous experience in a leadership or charge nurse role preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
